fire-pull handle
The handle in the cockpit that is pulled at the first indication of fire. A number of actions take place simultaneously when this handle is pulled. The generators are disconnected from the electrical system, the fuel and hydraulic supplies to the engine are shut off, the bleed valve is closed, and the fire extinguishers operate. Also known as a T-handle.
